You need to look in the Management side of the 3cx and see what the phone web password is. It changes to a auto generated password. Which can be found where I stated above.

After a power outage how do you make your cameras reappear? Mine are showing off line in the app but are still showing on my DVR (hooked up to a tv) hard lined to my router.

When I access the Hikvision local IP Address, the browser always downloads the video component file. Does Hikvision only works in IE browser?
Thank you for your great videos. I have a question if you could help please. I have setup the calls to come to an "inbound route" where it rings simultaneously in 3 extensions. Now, I want to setup a voicemail so that if none of those 3 extensions answers the call, it will be redirected to a voicemail. could you please let me know if that's possible and how I can achieve it? Yes that is possible. Best way to do this is to have the 3 phones in a ring group. Then in the ring group settings check the box that says "Enable Destination". Then the next option below that you will choose where you want the caller to go if the the call to the Ring Group goes unanswered. That setting is called "Default Destination"

The timeline has missing blocks on the playback if you have a security issue it still will record i guess.. i run a PTZ camera on my home the playback bar is solid no missing blocks

i dont seem to have the speed up button in my browser view...i only have stop, play and playback frame theres no fast forward, how do i get that
Hi - my playback doesn't have the yellow 'event' option when I am looking at my cameras on the browser (Chrome). Works when I connect a monitor directly to my NVR and do playback. Is there a solution to this to include 'events' for the browser?

If your Camera has audio, then you need to enable not only on the camera. But within the NVR itself. The only way is use mouse and log directly into the NVR. Nit web browser the option is not there
Im having 2x UC924 on Yeaster Cloud PBX and they dont talk to each other or receive calls. In fact they dont register as extensions on the PBX. Will the same problem u outlined here contributing to my stress?

After I saved my FILE to a USB card and I plug it Into computer nothing works for windows or mac. Do I need to downlaod VLC to view the footage that I saved ?
Yes I use VLC. Hikvision has a player on their support downloads page.
